First time kid passport application

Hi guys asking for friend


My friend is an Irish citizen by naturalisation, he just had a baby and now he wants to apply for his baby's Irish passport. Baby is born in Ireland and his mother is Pakistnai national.at stamp 4 visa. Please just need advice .. what documents are required to submit with the application??.

was naturalization before or after the child's birth?
