Not Arriving in the UK within 90 days after getting Visa

Can someone please advise what would happen if after getting spouse visa does not arrive in the UK within 90 days?

The person can not travel due to some personal circumstances

Doe the person need to notify that they can't travel within the timeframe ?

Can the person make a landing, I e. Come to UK, pick up the BRP and return to present location to round off what needs done?( if that's the situation)
Other than that at lapse of 90days current vignette expires and cannot be used to enter UK. A new application could then be in the works.

Can someone please advise what would happen if after getting spouse visa does not arrive in the UK within 90 days?The initial vignette would be issued for 90 days. If not used, then it expires. No crime there, but you need to re-apply for another to make the trip again. No telling how long that process would take again, so 90 days extra could easily become 180+ days extra.

You have been granted a visa so therefore you have to travel with than time frame otherwise you can extend the vignette. I agree with AmazonianX, travel to the UK and pick up the BRP card then return back.
