IHS and Priority service refund

Hi I got my ILR (Tier-2/Skilled Worker route) in 2021 and
recently renewed my wife's Tier-2 dependant visa status until July 2024.
My wife will be eligible for ILR in Jan 2024.
She got her first dependant visa from Jan 2019 until July 2021 but
I changed jobs in 2019, so she got a visa extension till July 2022(issued 23/Sep/2019) along with my visa.
I applied for ILR in 2021 and applied for her dependant visa renewal in July 2022,
her previous visa was valid until 31 July 2022 and I submitted an extension application using priority service.
Application was made on 4th July and bio metric completion on 21st via priority services.
Her new BRP has arrived only today with issue date of 18/Aug/2022 and valid until 23/July/2024.
I am not sure why its been granted only until 23/July/2024. I had paid for IHS surcharge until Dec 2024.

My main question is will there be any issue when applying for ILR as her previous visa expired on 31st July 2022 and the new one issued only on 18th Aug 2022?
And not sure why her current renewal is until 23/July/2024, which seems to be random?

No.

Once the main PBS migrant gets ILR, a PBS Dependent visa is only extended for 3 years, which is stated in the immigration rules so there is no discretion to give a shorter or longer period of visa validity.

its also not 3 years from 23/09/2019?
edit: I get it now, its 3 years from my ILR issue date.

what would have been the IHS charges for this latest renewal? I had paid ~£1550 and also priority service fee of £500, can I request refund for either of these?

I applied for my wife's visa extension in July 2022 and it has been granted till July 2024, which is three years from my(main applicant) ILR's begin date.
I had paid for IHS until end of Dec 2024 according to the IHS calculator,
She had a valid visa till July 2022, IHS was paid until July 2022 with previous extension application
and I paid IHS until Dec 2024 when making the recent application.
1) Can I get a refund for the half year fee paid for IHS? as visa has only been granted till July 2024, which is 2 years from July 2022 and I had paid IHS for 2.5 years from July 2022.
And the application was made via priority service but only received approval after 4 weeks of bio metrics submission, 2) Can I get a refund of the priority service fee?
I have sent an email to complaints@homeoffice for the priority service refund but haven't heard anything in over 2 weeks.

I have been trying to get Priority fee refunded for my ILR application since Jan 2022. No luck yet.

No response to any e mail yet or UKVI escalation over phone.

Thinking to speaking to MP now.
