Hi

I got HSMP approval letter on 1/11/06 and I applied for HSMP in October 2006. My HSMP visa granted on 11/12/06.

Will I be protected under the court ruling?

Yes, because of the date of your application.

Please read the guidance notes for HSMP FLR under JR ruling.
