Minor Naturalisation query

Hi All,

Friend of mine has applied the Naturalisation for his minor kids. Kids didn't complete 5 years in school given the age therefore department of justice is now requesting a letter from department of employment affairs and social protection stating the receipt of child benefits and date which payment commenced .

Could someone let me the process to obtain above.

In this case it is very simple your friend have to contact local social welfare office in the area with mother of child and have to told them you need a child benefit account summary from this date to that date for immigration purpose and don't forget to bring a public service card of mother of child
Make a copy of letter for your record and send them original
