claiming benefits whilst applying ILR

Hi, im applying for my wifes ILR, now, but what i would like to know is will it affect her application if we are getting child benefit, working tax credit, child tax credit. All these benefits are in MY name. So it shouldn't make a difference because im entitled to claim as im a british citizen by birth, but she isn't because only on spouse visa, but nearly ILR. So will it affect her application, just need confirmation. Anyone?.
