Long Residence - You contact Details

I am in the process of applying for ILR 10 years Route.

There is a section "my contact details" asking to provide email address and phone number.

Now I am worried that my English is not that good to answer phone calls. Would it be OK to give my wife's phone number instead?

Please help!

I have stayed in the UK for over 10 years however on Tier 1 General PBS dependent. However, Tier 1 General has long closed.

should I apply via family route instead?

Well, they do occassionally.

They called my wife once to let her know that further document was needed.

Super priority or priority service is available if you get the option and ukvi has capacity. You will only know if it is an option once you complete the form and get to the payment options stage.

The reason why I asked the second question is that I have always been holding PBS Tier 1 General Dependent Visa. Tier 1 General is now closed. Lucklily I have stayed over 10 years so I am qualified for 10 years long residence.

I was thinking applying via family route. As PBS working visa dependent, you can't apply via family route, right?

If you currently hold a tier 1 dependent visa, you could apply for ILR only if the main tier 1 visa holder applied for ilr via the 5 year route.

If your partner applied for ilr based on 10 years long residence, then you cannot apply for ILR based on 5 years tier 1 dependent visa.

Thank you. I have my reasons not applied earlier, I have never passed my English test till recently.

Since Tier 1 Gerneral is closed, I can't apply Tier 1 general 5 years route any longer.

But as a PBS dependent, should I apply for family 5 years or family 10 years? Even though family 10 years is long residence, it is on a different form ILR (FP).

And of course, I could always apply for 10 years long residence which is on form (LR).

If I choose to apply on form (LR), would they refuse me thinking that I should apply via family 5 years or family 10 years instead since I have always held PBS dependent, kind of like family visa really.

Apply as a partner (dependant on a work visa)

Anyway, here is my situation, what would you suggest I should apply for?

I have always held Tier 1 General PBS depednt for the last 10 years and over. Tier 1 general is now closed. The choices I think I have are the folowing:

1. Family 5 years SET (AF)
2. Family 10 years SET (FP)
3. Long residence SET (LR)

You apply for ILR on form SET LR for long residence.

The other bits you are reading are not relevant to you as you do not hold the relevant visa to apply via the family route.

Thank you. SET (LR) is the form I am processing now. I hope that theyt won't refuse my application saying that Ishould applied via family route which is a visa vategory I have never held though dependent visa sounds like family visa to me. UK. GOV should have made that clear really.
