What is GDPR?
GDPR = the date protection regulation
The reason why I asked the second question is that I have always been holding PBS Tier 1 General Dependent Visa. Tier 1 General is now closed. Lucklily I have stayed over 10 years so I am qualified for 10 years long residence.CR001 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 12:27 pmGDPR = the date protection regulation
Not sure what you are asking in your second question. You stated you are applying for ilr based on 10 years long residence not the family route 5 years
My partner got her ILR through 5 years Tier 1 Gerernal route.CR001 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 09, 2022 1:22 pmIf you currently hold a tier 1 dependent visa, you could apply for ILR only if the main tier 1 visa holder applied for ilr via the 5 year route.
If your partner applied for ilr based on 10 years long residence, then you cannot apply for ILR based on 5 years tier 1 dependent visa.
Thank you. I have my reasons not applied earlier, I have never passed my English test till recently.
Anyway, here is my situation, what would you suggest I should apply for?
Thank you. SET (LR) is the form I am processing now. I hope that theyt won't refuse my application saying that Ishould applied via family route which is a visa vategory I have never held though dependent visa sounds like family visa to me. UK. GOV should have made that clear really.
