Hello,
Can anyone give me opinions or suggestions,my sister is here for a visitor visa,in future she want to apply for a job here and work in a Uk,would anyone advise me what to do,I’m not sure she is qualified in any of government website about skilled worker or any category,she is graduated a 4 year course of mas communication in Philippines and currently working in Kuwait tower as a receptionist for nearly 6 yrs now. Thanks for help x

1. She cannot switch to a work category visa while in the UK as a visitor. Any work visa she must apply for from abroad.

2. She needs a sponsoring employer and must qualify for a Skilled Worker Visa. There is no other route simply because she wants to work and live here. She has to follow the proper process and find a job with an employer who will be prepared to sponsor her for a visa, either Skilled Worker or Healthcare worker visa.
