Not a problem. More children born in the UK are born to unmarried partners than to married partners. So the co-relation of births and marriage dates don't matter for most purposes (they do for some non-immigration related stuff, like descent of noble titles, etc).

I need some advice I am going to apply for a spouse visa for my second wife here is my background .
Married in UK 2009 and divorce in June 2016
Remarried in pakistan Feb 2016 only nikkah and registered my marriage October 2016 that's the date on my marriage certificate .
I have got 2 sons they had right of abode certificate of entitlement one is born in December 2016 and other is 2020.
My issue is that my marriage date and sons date of birth is very close if I am going to apply spouse visa it's can be a big problem .
