My cousin got UK citizenship 2 years ago, his wife is eligible for ILR as she has been staying with him more than 6 years
Please advise him on below

1. In the application of set o, there is a section
'The persons you are joining ot accompanying segment there is a column'

Looks his TIER 2 company got closed down recently as he can't find my company name in Tier2 sponsors list, shall he leave this as a blank.

2. Wanted to make sure is that the SET 0 application for his wife ILR

Through which route did the husband get ILR and British citizenship? What visa was your cousin on before I.e. currently holds too?

Husband was in tier 2 general from 2014
Husband got ilr on tier2 general 5 years route in 2020
British passport in 2022

Wife arrived countey 2016.on tier2 general dependant
Currently on tier2 general dependant
Visa still valid dec2023

Even when closed down, the appropriate government agency still holds record of its existence and your details as you will provide can be corroborated. Therefore provide it as @CR001 wrote earlier.
