Refused ILR - will I gain probationary citizenship?

Post by Kazza » Wed Nov 19, 2008 9:31 pm

Hi all

I was refused ILR due to too many absences (all of which were part of my annual leave I will add). Does anyone have any idea of absences required for the new probationary citizenship next year?

Denied ILR in FEbruary, wrote for a reconsideration, got a reply 3 months later, still no. Wrote to my MP - he got the same letter as me. Now waiting for new rules - hopefully the people who are writing them will grow some brains..
