HSMP Dependent Visa

Hi,

I want to apply dependent visa for my Wife from India.
I'am a HSMP visa holder, i got stamped in Mar 2008.

1. I have been in UK since Mar 2007 till Apr 2008 on Workpermit, I got my HSMP stamped in Mar 2008, then i went India got married in May 2008.

2. And I'm back to UK in Aug 2008, and I got a permanant Job in Nov 2008.

3. I maintained Rs. 1,50,000/- for 1 month, and then Rs.2,50,000/- for 2 months, by 25th it finishes 3 months.

4. I will get my first salary by this 25th it would be around £3000/-, i have been maintaining £1500/- for only a month in UK.

Can you please advice on the following...

A. Which form i need to Use for dependent Visa?

B. Is 1 month Payslip enough from UK employer?

C. Are my funds in my Indian A/C enough?
