FLR (M) Delay due to Technical Issue

We made an application for Further Leave to Remain (1st extension of spouse visa)
Application Submitted: 09/07/22
Biometric Date 29/07/22
Super Priority.

We received an email on the 2nd of August stating

"We apologise for the inconvenience, but due to unforeseen technical issues we are not able to meet our usual service standards"

After 8 Weeks of waiting even though we had paid super priority, we got our MP involved. UKVI stated the below
The technical issues are ongoing and that we are working to resolve as soon as possible. Once resolved this application will be treated as urgent in light of the previous submissions.

Has anyone else experienced this? What else can we do? we have already raised complaints with the home office but no luck.

How long after receiving such message did you get your visa approval?
Any help is appreciated.
