A very good friend is moving to the UK from Nigeria.
His wife is on a Tier 2 (company sponsored visa).
He was informed by someone in the UK that he will have to stay in the UK for 1 month before he can leave the country / return to Nigeria; in order for the visa to remain valid.
He would like to confirm if this is true or not, please.
I searched this forum & online for an answer to this question. But I have not been able to get an answer to this question, please.
