Hi
My wife comes in UK on 3rd march 2018 in UnitedKingdom
She had visa extension already.
Now 5 years completed in 3rd march 2023.
My question.
1. Can she apply ILR 28 before like 6 feb 2023.
Second question.
My daughter also comes with my wife.
Her age is 9 years old.
I'm thinking apply wife visa on super premium one day service
Than after
2 days I will apply my daughter rigester child as british citizen MN1
And save money of ILR fee.
Third question
When my wife get ILR.
Can I apply her neutralizatuon straight way next day after ILR because she spend 5 years
Because I'm british citizen
Kindly update

Is it the day when her visa was issued or the day when she actually arrived into UK?

If the chlid was born abroad, I think they still need ILR, but other folks can correct me on this if I'm wrong.

Yes, with the three year route as a British citizen spouse, assuming she fits other criteria (absence limit, presence in the UK three years plus one day, etc).

Concur. Children born abroad are expected to have ILR before registration as a British citizen.
If you apply without the child having ILR and the application fails, you will then have to pay for the ILR and a second registration application, effectively multiplying the cost several times over.

My daughter born before my indefinite leave to remain.
If she need ILR both daughter and wife both comes 3 march 2018 on five year settlement route now five year complete on 4 march .2023
Than both apply ILR super super fast 24 hour service.
Cost me 2404 plus 800 per applicant
Total 6408.
Question
Than both apply neutralization after ILR straight awey
Or.
They need to apply neutralization passport after 12 months.
I hope my Question is clear now

Yes, they both can. Same day they get their ILR, provided that they meet the 3 year residency requirements.
Or.
They need to apply neutralization passport after 12 months.
I hope my Question is clear now

They can apply for ILR 28 days before their first visa was issued, not 28 days before they entered the UK.
Your daughter will also need to apply for ILR.
After they get their ILR your wife can apply for naturalisation (form AN1) and your daughter for registration (form MN1).
After their applications are successful they can apply for a British passport.

28 days from 16 Feb 2023.
Can you please desist from giving out totally incorrect information. Again, if you are unsure, rather do not post incorrect information.
A spouse settlement visa qualifying period for ilr starts from the date of ENTRY to the uk and NOT the date of initial visa was issued.
Different visa routes have completely different rules.

There is NO requirement to prove how many rooms you have in your accommodation.

Check the timelines.
Though most applicants do but there is no assurance you will get the outcome quickly as 1day or in 1week.

Please stop posting ILR questions in the immigration for family sub forum and continue in this topic you already have!!
The priority and super priority fee is payable for EACH applicant. If available, it is still not a guaranteed service

SET(M) is correct.
Note that selecting unnecessary options will only change the document list and can lead to confusion. If you are not relying on a source of income do not select it.
An example of confusion:
indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-financil ... l#p2097201
