No call for passport collection

Hi. Hope you all doing well. I am writing on behalf of someone beloved. The category was spouse visa with two kids. Father applied from UK and wife got the visa and got her passport as well. But the issue is kids passports are not returned yet. Its been more than a month, kid's father got email for kids decision but after so many queries, they haven't made collection call. Kids can't travel without mom and vice versa. It's my request please give some contact or email to whom they contact as they have already checked vfs office as well. TIA
