uptill what date can I re-apply?

Dear All.

I applied for EC on May 06, I was called for interview on May 23. I was refused EC (reasons I have mentioned in my previous post). I am being advised my members here that I should REAPPLY instead of making an APPEAL.
My HSMP date expires on June 02....Do I have to reapply before june 02.
Secondly they have retained my original documents including the original HSMP letter with them...Should I reapply without asking for these or should I ask them to first send me the documents and then I apply.
Urgent replies plz as time is ticking.
