Skilled worker visa and Dependent

Hi

My cousin got 3 years skilled worker visa as a Nurse and he is working for NHS .

He has 2 children under 18 in India. His COS letter was issue in July 2022 .He has applied for visa and was granted 3 years skilled visa.His COS letter also certify maintenance (also for dependent) .He did not include family that time. Now he is in the UK for almost 8 months.

Questions:-
1- will his cos letter will be enough to cover dependent maintenance ?
2- If not then how much maintenance will need to show for himself, partner with 2 children
3- Is COS still valid for family maintenance ?
4- Do he need any additional letter/email from sponsor to confirm family maintenance?
