Fiancee Visa (plz help)

If u wanna apply for a fiancee visa the 2 couple should be 21 years as the new rules ?
and if u get fiancee visa u could apply for a 2 year extension you dont ever have to apply for a marriage visa ??

If the visa decision is made after 27 November, then yes.

Yes. A Fiancé(e) visa holder may apply for FLR(M) after marriage.

But bear in mind that (by applying the existing rules and amending the age to 21) they state that a no one will be able to sponsor or be sponsored for a Fiance, Spouse, Unmarried Partner or Civil Partnership visa or a variation of leave to remain...as in FLR(M) for example, if they are under this age.

I will just translate the above post

I have applied for a UK visa. I have submitted my papers on 23rd July 2008 and they are still in process. I have called VACS and they say that application forwarded to Islamabad OC. Please tell me how long do I have to wait?

Visa applied is EEA fiance

Why was the post made in a foreign language in the first place? This is not an urdu-speaking forum :? It is advised that the more you keep the posts in english, the more people will be able to respond and impart good advice.
