Documents required for Skilled Worker Visa - OUtside the UK

Hi,
I am about to apply for the skilled worker visa. I have prepared documents which are listed below, please see my checklist:

1 - Defined Certificate of Sponsorship

2 - IELTS - Proof of my knowledge of English

3- A valid passport

4 - Character certificate

5 - Offer letter with the job title and annual salary

6 - My degree certificate with the transcript.

7 - Medium of instruction (MOI letter regarding my degree)

8 - My TB test report

Apart from the above, do I need any other documents?

And should I get the degree assessment done by Ecctis? Is this a requirement?
