Dear Moderators
With reference to Co-habitation.
For the period of two years(Nov 2020 until Oct 2022) i have below mentioned Co habitation documents.
Water Bills
Utility Bills
Council Tax Bills
Mortgage Statements
However for the period prior to 2 years (Feb 2020 to Oct 2020) have only council tax bills to prove co habitation.
Is this a cause of concern. We do not have joint bank account so it will be statements from two different banks.
Am i over thinking and hopefully period for 2 years should be enough to cover co habitation.
Yes.
Please comment.
Regards
K
What you need is to cover previous 2 years preceeding the application, nothing further.

Dear Moderators
While uploading the documents have uploaded BRP under residence in uk category .
While going through other posts realised that it has to be under proof of identity.
Hope the case workers will ignore the upload under wrong category.
Have already submitted them hence will not be able to change.
Is this an issue.Any thoughts pls.
Regards
K

Just your current BRP.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Dear Moderators
Since I have uploaded my current BRP under wrong category, will it do any harm if i upload it again under proof of identity.
Wanted to be sure that uploading the same documents twice under two different categories should not cause an issue.
At the same time i don't want the case worker to come back to us asking for the BRP since it is not there at the right place.Dont want to delay my application .
Please comment.
Thanks!

Where you upload your documents has no effect on how they are seen. ALL your documents will be seen and considered

Dear Moderators
I had submitted the application on 25th Nov,with reference to payslip planning to provide the below documents.
October month Payslip
November month bank statement reflecting Oct salary payment
The above is the latest since i get paid only by the end of the month.
Do i need to provide previous month payslips and bank statements as well.
Please comment.

Dear Moderators
HO has raised a query on our application relating to absence details of my dependent partner.
I had not given the details since all her absence related to leave granted prior to 11th January 2018.
Since they have asked for those details now have furnished them now which does not exceed 30 days in a year .
My queries are below:
1)Will this give ground for rejection of my ILR.
2)Our visa is expiring on 2nd March 2023.What is the best course of action to do in case we do not hear back from HO until that time. We had applied under Super Priority .Now we have lost the priority and have to wait for 6 months to hear back. My concern is don't want to become a over stayer.
Really worried days.
Regards

Did your dependent have any absence from 2020 when she got her extsnsion?
If UKVI is asking this, then what you have stated or not stated in the form about dependent absence doesn't match their records etc.

No, it only clarifies their enquiry.

You don't have to do anything besides to wait. We had applied under Super Priority .Now we have lost the priority and have to wait for 6 months to hear back.
I used to be of your opinion however this does not necessarily mean loss of priority as more than one forum member got decision not long after responding to HO's query My concern is don't want to become a over stayer.
Can't become an overstayer, you continue to retain same rights as you have with current leave till your application is decided.
Really worried days.

Dear Moderators
We have got another query from HO today asking for the below:
Last 36 months paylsips
Last 36 months bank statements reflecting the salary
Last 3 years p60
I can provide for the past 34 months alone ,for the 35th and 36th month i cannot provide as i was terminated by my previous employer.
Do you see this as a cause for rejection of ILR.
Also confused what would have raised this query.
Any comments .
Regards

No. Simply provide required evidence and explain that you only have worked for 34 months

Thanks Zimba
Our current visa is expiring on 2nd Mar 2023,i assume we still retail our right to work until we hear from HO on our application.
I presume it will take another 6 months to hear back now once we have submitted the details.

Your work rights remain unchanged. A decision probably can take a few weeks now
