BRP Returned

Post by manorana2009 » Tue Dec 06, 2022 9:27 am

Hi,

I have received my ILR BRP but my old BRP still valid until next year. I know old BRP already has been cancelled. Do I have to cut and return to Home Office.

The letter I have received with new BRP doesn’t mention anything about returning old BRP.

Should I send the old BRP to home office?

Thanks

Letter of new BRP always says to return old BRP. Weird it didn't say that.

Return it, as it's of no use to you anymore.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
