Awaiting citizenship since april 2019

Hello guys. I have applied for citizenship since april 2019 nearly 4 years waiting. Got 2nd stage letter in 2019 july since only standard replies. Sent them letter through solicitor too in august 2022. Got reply saying will issue decision in 12 weeks its been a month that 12 week period has passed too. Dont know what more to do. V frustrating delay!! Please advise.

Judicial Review is the option. Consultation with your solicitor is the option.

Apologies the question was in relation to my wifes citizenship not mine
