If you haven't uploaded or attended biometrics, get a new form signed with the correct information.

First document in link below

https://www.google.com/search?q=referee ... e&ie=UTF-8
Char (CR001 not Casa)

The online form is the referee form. Simply ask them to complete the one in the link again with all details and upload with a cover note BEFORE your biometric appointment

let me understand this , as per provided information we can change something by contact them or we have other option to cancel. what your say on this

Change or cancel your application
If you want to change something in your application after you’ve sent it contact UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI).

You can ask to cancel your application. Your fee will only be refunded if UKVI has not started processing your application.

Refer to https://www.gov.uk/sa302-tax-calculation
Not sure what all the other documents are I thought that SA302 was all that's required.

Cancelling means you likely have to wait weeks for the refund and then start again.
You can send an email to these email addresses (british-citizenship/nationality-enquire ... l#p2093594) giving any updates and further details, include your application reference and personal details.

as per link above

If you use commercial software
If you or your accountant use commercial software to do your return, you’ll need to use that software to print your tax calculation. It might be called something different in the software - for example ‘tax computation’.

Contact the company that makes the software if you have trouble printing.

so its looks fine
