I got my ILR about 18 months ago through Tier 2 General (5 year route). Now my partner also qualifies as my dependent, so we're making an application.
Can anyone please clarify if I need to provide minimum amount of funds for a minimum period of time in my bank? Or is it simply based on monthly income and I just need a 3month statement copy.
The issue is that I invest my savings on a monthly basis and forgot to keep cash for this. As we have less than 3 months remaining to visa expiry, I won't be able to demonstrate funds in my account for the 'minimum' 3 months without the expiry date passing
