Set (O) or Set (M) for wife

Post by raushan » Fri Dec 23, 2022 12:42 pm

Hi,

My wife came to the UK 5 years ago on a PBS dependent (I was on a Tier 2 general work visa at that time). She got her PBS dependent visa extended in 2020 when I had just received my ILR.

Now I have received my British passport and she has lived in UK for 5 years on the dependent visa so we are planning to apply for her ILR.

Can I ask which application route is she eligible for:

Set O (as she lived for 5 years on PBS dependent)
or
Set M (Since she is married to a British citizen)

Thanks in advance!

It is based on the VISA category she holds.

It is form SET(O), which is the only form relevant to her and her visa category.
