Hello, this is my friends situation...can you pls help him...Thnk u
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am an Indian.
I went to France on some project in February 2008.
From France I applied for HSMP in March 2008. During that time I kept all the payslips/earnings from India from February 2007 - February 2008 (as I can consider 12 continuos months of last 15 months). At that time there was old rules in place and it was only called as HSMP (not Tier 1).
I received HSMP approval in July 2008. The letter states that I can apply for entry clearance anytime with in 6 months from the date of approval. Which means that the 6 months period will end sometime in December 2008. From March 2008 - till today I was in France and I was earning the salary in France. Now I should be back in India by the end of this month and I am planning to apply for Entry Clearance as soon as I reach India. It might somewhere around November 27th 2008.
Now the situation is like this.
1. I got the HSMP approval date July 2008 (not the Tier 1) -
Documents sent for HSMP approval are
a. Earning proof from India (Feb 2007 - Feb 2008)
b. English Language letter
2. From March 2008 I started working in France
3. I applied and received HSMP when I was in France
4. Now I want to apply for Entry clearance from India
So can you please suggest me how to proceed. Please let me know what I need to produce.
I know I will come under HSMP Transitional arrangments section.
1. Can you please let me know what are all the documents needed.
2. Can you please let me know which bank details I need to show.
3. Do I need to send all the documents that I have sent with the initial application
4. Do I need to produce any of the France payslips etc.
5. Please let me know if I have to produce the IT return from France
6. Finally what is the fees and application form
Thank you
