Sole Representative VISA

Dear All.

I have applied for UK Sole Representative Visa .

Application Submission: 10 April 2022
Biometrics: 03 August 2022
Mail for Addiotional Documents: 06 December 2022
Documents Submitted: 16 December 2022.
Made Paid Inquiry :09 January 2023
Inquiry Replied: Decision Has Been Made on 19 December 2022.
My question is that After taking decision , there is no email, Letter or VFS sms received till Today.
Is iT Normal procedure now a days?
My Application is refused or Approved as I didnt receive decision letter till now???
