How should i proceed with UK Tier 1 ?

I am planning to apply for UK's Tier 1 Visa.

But have very less background knowledge about the process & the steps.

How much time it takes & should i prefer to get it one via a consulting firm ?

Please suggest .

Well the process is straight forward i think you do not need any consultant for this...

Just visit home office web site you will get all details.. www.bia.homeoffice.gov.uk

Start first with its caculator, which let you know whether you have enough points to apply or not....

Then YOU MUST BROWSE THIS FORUM AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, You will get answers of every questions...

Hi anks22...buddy...

you may want to check out the posts which state time lines. It depends on the current situation and the load the BHC has. However, if your documents are straight forward, it shouldn't take more than a month, which happened in my case. Of course, it may not be a same case with you, but lets hope.
