Share Code IT Issue - wrong information

I am having an IT issue with share code, it shows wrong information. I have contacted UKIV who have not been too helpful they said they will get it sorted but refused to give me a time frame. Anyone got any tips on how can I sort this out? Its ruining my job prospect.

Don't think we can give you any advice besides what was already said, I'm afraid. It's something on UKVI said that neither of us has control over.
