Thanks

I am a bit confused about my water bill

It is a 6 month statement.

For example: February 2021 to August 2021

However, the issue date on the bill is September 2021.

So can I use this bill for cohabitation proof for August or September?

Another example is our Council tax - date of letter is March 2022 but the pay period is April 2022 - March 2023

Not sure which month the letter would be for.
I am assuming March 2022 as that is the date we received it?

Thank you so much for helping out.
This forum is honestly a blessing.

So I have finally accumulated the cohabitation evidence.
We will be applying W/C 20th Feb so I have evidence from January 2021, is that ok?

Below is what I have gathered. There is only one bill individually addressed as I think we have enough jointly.
Please can someone have a look and let me know if this will suffice? Please also say if you feel anything can be removed/added. Also, my husband is down as a ''permitted occupier'' on the tenancy agreements but this was fine last time so I am sure it wont be an issue?

2021
January
1. Joint Council tax letter dated 10 January 2021
2. Tenancy agreement (Signed on 10th December 2020 for contract duration: 06.01.2021 - 05.07.2021) – my husband is down as permitted occupier
April
1. Joint council tax letter 07 April 2021
June
1. Tenancy agreement (Signed on 8th June 2021 for contract duration: 06.07.2021-05.07.2022) - my husband is down as permitted occupier
September

December
1. Joint energy bill (statement dated 2nd December) for November 2021 usage

2022
January
1. Husband’s phone bill. Dated 01 Feb 22 for January’s usage
March
2. Joint council tax letter 02 March 2022
May
1. Tenancy agreement (Signed on in May 2022 for contract duration 06/07/2022- 05/07/2023) - my husband is down as permitted occupier
August
1. Joint water bill. Issue date: 5th August 2022
December

2023

1. Joint water bill. Issue date: 24th Jan 2023

Sorry all...

Not sure if this topic already exists but for the FLRM extension, is the 5-day decision not available?

I am asking because today we went to see a solicitor and they have said we could go for either the 24 hour or 5 day decision if we wanted to.

However, the Government website says for this type of visa, only the standard or next day service is available. It states the 5 day one isnt.

Thanks

5 day priority service is not applicable to spouse visas within the UK.

Solicitors very often get thigs wrong and charge a fortune. Unsure why you went to see one in the first place when you have been given a lot of accurate advice already

Thank you.

Just a question as this is bugging me and I really never understand so some help/opinions would be fab.

We have applied today, super priority (I will post in the timeline thread later)

The thing that is bothering me is this; my spouse's visa expires on 18th March 2023.
We submitted the application on 20th February 2023. Biometrics Submiited 03/03/2023 - today.

We worked it out and it seems to be within the right timeframe (28 days) but I am just a little worried if we have worked it out correctly and not ended up applying too early.
The next step in 2.5 years is the ILR so can someone please let me know if this timeframe used above seems ok?

Thanks

Timeframe is fine!
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!
