Closure of Immigration Investor Programme Tomorrow 15/02/2023

Minister Simon Harris has announced closure of the Immigrant Investor Programme as of close of business tomorrow, 15/02/2023.

Existing applications will not be affected.

Ongoing applications that have been created but not formally submitted will be given a 3-month window to finalise and submit any outstanding documentations. Talk to your solicitor if this is the case as they must make sure the department knows about the application by the end of day tomorrow.

This is the only immigration programme that will issue Stamp 4 with no residence requirements. Successful applicants only need to come to Ireland 1 day per year for the first two years, and no requirement at all after that.
