If you have a partner, then In the UK
You must apply online in the UK.
It’s probably FLR(M).

Else, Apply as a parent: In the UK
You must apply online in the UK.
It’s probably FLR(FP).

Choose the applicable category according to your circumstances.

When you fill out the application, there'll be a section that you need to explain the reason why you are applying, and you tick the box to say that you're in the UK on an existing visa and wish to switch.

The FLR FP and FLR M are the same forms, they just process it in the way you've filled it out especially on language being passed, valid marriage certificate, housing and the finance side of things

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

Meeting the financial and English language requirements as per your income and B1 is what you need to switch. Or was that not your question?

On 3rd June 2023, would you have completed 10yrs in the UK on the 10yr route? If not how many years would that be or on which extension I.e. 1st or 2nd extension are you currently on on the 10yr route?
