Same documents asked again

Someone please help.
Why are the decision making team asking for same documents again?

Because perhaps they were not clear on scanning or didn't receive them properly??

They want the same 6 months bank statement that I have sent before scanned. I just don’t get it as they are saying we want to see money coming in from employer.
If they can’t see the first time how are they going to see it again.

Perhaps your bank statements are not clear enough or the employer details on the bank statement are not clear or you scanned them at a poor quality and they are not legible.

Whatever the reason, if you don't send them again, you could expect a refusal. So I suggest you simply send what has been asked for.

I had the same issue, I opted for the Priority Service, When I called to check the receipt of documents I was told that my documents were not uploaded properly and couldnt be opened. Not sure how true that is, also something else to note the folks actually do know the outcome of the applications but they are not allowed to share this, I was told this when i called to get an update. But after going around in circles I wound th eguy up so much that it slipped and he said the Visa letter will be sent to VFS and they will contact you on passport collection closer to the date the visa is issued

All the files were in pdf and to be honest all documents were checked by me and they looked like uhd and that’s with my glasses off.
What I don’t get is they want to see my income figures on the bank statement and don’t realise the local council pay me and not the school.

For a plethora of reasons they may request it. Are you to provide same documents as before or new/updated current ones?

Who does your employment letter come from? School or Council? And payslips presumably from council??

I have sent same documents again explaining the council pay me and not the school.
The employment letter was given by school.
I would have thought that’s how things are run by public schools.
Mind you I did phone and explain it will be same documents being sent and I have no other documents to provide.

It would have been more straightforward if the employer letter came from whoever is shown on the payslips and bank statements.

Biometrics 1st of feb and visa granted 17th feb.
