Hello, was it 12th day after receiving BRP also was it recorded delivery?
Brother salam alaikum. Please which is the best email address to make complaint about delayed application ? I have been waiting for 19 months . Thank you
Dear All, I received my decision on 16th of Nov, 2022, and BRP Card received within 3 days before home office send me email, The email from Home Office after I received my Card, its says that you will received your BRP Card within 10 days. Anyway
I send email to home office on complaint email address to send my documents, But I received standard answer from them. HO will response me within 20 days.
But After that, I wait 10 working days but no news from Home Office for my Passport, then I applied online returned my documents option, its says wait 10 working days if you did not received it then goto link to ask home office to check progress, when I applied for progress for my documents its says wait 10 working days. I am sorry no news after 10 days.
I called home office the Phone line option still not active, you can not get help, then i send email to my MP after, I called my MP, he promised me he will try to call home office on coming Monday and will update me.
Today Home office Complaint department send me an email that they posted my passport via 2nd class royal mail, from 13th of Dec, 2022 so there is no tracking, and due to royal mail industrial strike, this will delay.
I hope I will get my documents next week sometime. In Shaa Allah ( if God Wills) Ameen
