Neutralization email gets 4 weeks ago but certificate not arrived yet

Hi
Dear all.
My son age 8 years his confirmation email comes 4 week ago.
Rigester child as british citizen.
But original certificate has not arrived yet.
I need to travel home

Which no of home office I will contact or email regarding this issue kindly help.
