Endorsement of driving license

Post by pbpk123 » Mon Feb 27, 2023 4:52 pm

Hi all,

I am eligible to apply for naturalization but recently got endorsement of driving license with 6 points and fined £576. The offence is "Exceed a variable speed limit - automatic camera device" on M1 at 12:30 am. I was driving on 68 mph (thought it was national speed limit :( ) on a variable speed limit of 40 mph (with no sign of slow traffic during that time of night). I first received SJPN from court where I plead guilty. The endorsement came from magistrate court. Is is still OK to apply with cover letter explaining the situation or should I wait for 3 years?
Thanks,
