ILR 10yrs on Family Life as Partner

I came to this country on the Sep 2005 as student got an extension till jan 2010 but my college declared bogus as a result my visa got revoked then I got married applied for FLRM Home office grant me a visa as on the Basis of the family life as a partner of a British citizen in Apr 2013 for 120 month and extension after every 30 Month.
so my 10 years starts form Apr 2013 - Oct 2015 (family life as a partner).
I done my 1st extension in Oct 2015 - Apr 2018 (family life as a partner)
2nd extension from Apr2018 - Oct 2020 (family life as a partner).
3rd extension from Oct 2020 - Apr 2023 ( Five year Partner Route)

Now my ILR is due as per 1st visa grant which says complete 120 months but I am confused what sort of application shell I select to apply my ILR.
I checked SET ( M ) but its only shows Partner 5 years route not the 10 years one or I should select SET (LR) 10 years long residency. Please advise what shell I do and also can I select the Super Priority services.

ILR LR is what you require.

Depends on the availability of service at time of application.

Thanks, i m trying to get the Super Priority service but the application is not giving me this option …. How can i get this service any advice.
