Fee waiver Child citizenship

Hi,

I have submitted an online application for fee waiver to register my two children under 18 for British citizenship. Application was submitted on 15th January 2023. And i have not heard back from anyone until now.

We can still log in to the upload portal and and all it shows is pending update.

Does anyone know how we can follow this application up. Or if anyone here on the same boat as us.
