latest forms ?

My wife wants to apply as a dependant of Tier1 from India.

Do I get the latest forms from here ?

I cant seem to type in the new forms both VAF9 and 10 ?

Not me either, the time when I applied (in September - 08) have got those forms editable, but now from past some days the application forms on the site are not editable on system, donno the reason though.... but saw a thread in the forum 2 days back where the guy said that when he went to VFS by editing the form in the system and taking print out, then VFS guys gave him another form and asked him to fill it hand written....

Got an email right now from VFS which says"

Thank you for contacting VFS UK Visa Helpdesk.
With regard to your query, please be informed that you need to download the form and fill it manually. "
