switching from skilled worker visa

Post by swopneel » Tue Apr 04, 2023 12:22 pm

Hello Folks,
I have a query regarding switching of the visa. Do the Skilled worker visa holder can switch to the Skilled worker dependent?

Please suggest.

He can, but ILR clock will be reset (skilled worker vs PBS dependent - 2 different categories).

No one can tell you whether the person will be approved or refused. He simply needs to ensure he meets all the requirements and has a valid cos from a ukvi approved employer.
