You will need cohabitation evidence covering last 2years from at least 3 sources spread at 3-4months intervals.Scout209 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 05, 2023 3:56 pmHi,
I will be applying for my wife spouse visa extension in September but just wanted to make sure I had everything before hand. The only thing I want to confirm is the co-habitation documents if someone can confirm for me please.
1: Bank Statement (These are not joint but sole accounts but same address)
2: Gas and electric (Joint)
3: NHS letters ( These are only for my wife due to her birth scans but I can get a letter from my GP in my name to)
4: national Insurance number letter from HMRC for both of us for same address
5: Driving licenses with same address
6: Council voting records (Poll Cards and letter confirming people on address)
7: Birth Certificate for our baby born recently
Would these be ok ? I will be spreading these out throughout the 2.5 years
Im concerned these are not enough and the bank statements are not joint can someone please advise ?
Thanks
