hi
i am applying flrm extension application for my spouse on 12 may 2023(28 days before brp expires). i am self employed and i will use recent tax return documents submitted on after 5th April 2023(for 2022/23). As it would be more than one months old( 5th april 2023), do i need to provide any further evidence of ongoing business? someone told me i can use 12 months income from last 15 months, is that correct?
could you please answer and advise me?
