Top Up Payment Needed for Skilled Worker Visa Application

Dear All,

Did anyone go through the situation where in they paid less visa fees than required?
Did you get an email asking to submit your card details for top up payment?

if so, what was the timeline taken to get a decision on visa?

I had filled my application on 14th March 2023 and Biometric was done on 22nd March 2023.
I got an email for top up payment on 26th March 2023.
I sent the details on 27th March 2023.

I have not got any update since then other than the automated email.

Yes, members reported having to top up. Each application is different and cannot be used to get how long yours will take. It could be fast or otherwise but missing the full payment at first instance potentially elongates it.

Even I got same email and they attached payment slip document?

Do I need to fill the document and reply back to same email or else do I need to fill the form and sent to UKVI postal address mentioned in the email.

Dear Dinesh, I filled the form with my card details and sent the same through an email to worksponsereddocumentrequests@homeoffice.gov.uk
However there has been no progress since then

I reverted back to same email with card details. Money got deducted and received another email and asking me to submit a new application. Did you get amy update from UKVI

I received an email on Thursday 17th August requesting a top up payment. However I did not received a payment link nor the payment form that should’ve been attached. I have called an emailed but no one seems to know who can help. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you solve it?
