New BRP if change in employment for skilled worker visa

Hi,
I recently changed my job and had to go through the visa application process again. I already have a BRP card from when I first came here 1.5 years ago. My question is will I be issued an new BRP card or is the old one going to continue. I got an email saying I should receive a BRP but it's been more than 3 weeks and I haven't received anything. My wife also reapplied for Dependant visa and she got her new BRP in 1 week.

You get a new brp card. Could simply be delayed.

The old BRP is no longer valid.

A new BRP normally should be delivered within 10 working days after you get a decision. If that doesn't happen, there's some ways you can report this.

See BRP has not arrived within 10 working days

Thank you for your inputs. I have followed the steps from the gov.uk site. Hope it arrives. I will update the forum once I get it.

UPDATE:
So I finally got my BRP card yesterday. It was a month's wait. I couldn't travel without it. But glad it is finally here.
Strangely the email I received on the morning said, they weren't able to deliver earlier as they needed mine or an Adult's signature. I had called TNT a few times before but on call they always told me they don't have any delivery for my address and that i should call home office.
