So everything was sent via Royal Mail and it's been received on their side on 30th of March 2023 but there is no progress so far. Royal Mail signed for showing that it was received by Hamel Hampstead (and the name of it) and signed by the receiver. When I call them they say they have received the naturalisation certificates but not the identity documents of any of the applicants while all were in one envelope.
