You can apply again at any time. Just ensure the reasons for refusal are addressed appropriately to avoid a repeat of same outcome.

I mentioned my father earns x amount, which is not in the statement.
And also my mother and sister i have kept unemployed but i have mentioned other sources of income of 200£ a year from family, which they mentioned they are not shown .

UKVI look at previous applications and what was stated when you make a new application.

Applications made in quick successions are kinda superimposed on each other. Just to help the ECO see what the initial problem was and if your personal circumstances have changed.
Errors of untruths makes it more polarised. Except you can prove that there was an error of omission i.e stated income actually exist, but paperwork wasn't submitted in evidence.

If you know that you actually hyperinflated your parents income in order to get a favourable response, in my humble opinion, I'd give it some time. Minimum 8 months.

Until you post the refusal letter removing all personal details, then it's all subjective to various assumed views.

I am thinking to make new application for my father with correct bank statements which was missed and correct figures what he will be spending and what i will support rather than a random numbers.

My mother and sister will keep as unemployed and wont mention about other incomes as there is no proof.
And i support through their trip.

An issue that has not been addressed is the support your parents receive from family members. Are funds sent to your parents to help support them?

If the answer is yes then that will raise another question mark. If they are not able to support themselves in their home country without additional funding from relatives etc then it will impact the application. The general thinking by visiting there is a high probability/ possibility they will not return. This thinking is derived from the need for support in their home country and the lack of ties to the home country.

Refusals are correct. There's been a lack of funds for the trip. Not sure adding the bank account would have helped.
Apart from the sponsorship, the ECO must always consider the personal circumstances of the applicant(s). Multiple sides for the coin.
