Decision made but no contact from VFS

Hello, my parents made their visitor visa application on priority last week due to an urgent visit to the UK. They have been to the UK before. I called UKVI yesterday and they said the decision has been made on 1st May itself. But VFS has not contacted us saying they have received a decision. What can we do in this scenario? It has been 4 working days since the decision was made.

It is a process, if not done delivery by courier then you will wait to be contacted for pick up.
