Schengen visa supporting docs-query

HI,

I got appointment for Schengen visa application submission on 16th May 2023.I have mentioned my intended date of travel as 03.06.23 and has asked for more than an year visa. I have applied via French embassy.
Now I understand that I can't make the travel on 03 June instead will probably change the same itinerary to 30th august.
I will change it only on 19th May. Does it affect my Schengen visa? Is it possible that I can get the visa and change the itinerary and get a new travel insurance? The duration of stay in France, hotel and flight all will remain same except that the date will change from 03 June to 30th august.

Once they issue the visa, they don't care when you exactly go.

As long as the visa is valid, you can go back and forth any dates within its validity period. You don't need to tell them or get the visa changed.

• Purpose of travel/stay
o Promise not to exercise any professional activity in France, if applicable accompanied by a letter explaining your project.
o Proof of your socio-economic situation.

I'm already submitting my bank statements, what else to prove socio-economic situation?

Is there any template for letter explaining my purpose of visit?

From French visa website:

Socio-professional situation

Letter from your employer. Must be less than 3 months old, the letter should indicate the position hold within the company and your starting date. It should indicate the dates of your planned holidays. Or proof of business ownership / business license if self-employed.

Is there any template for letter explaining my purpose of visit?

This depends on your plan about what you aim to visit.
